Nayland Care began trading in September 2001 from my lounge. I had a £2000 available on a credit card with which I purchased a computer, telephone and fax machine. The Company now employs eighty staff and provides around 7000 hours of home care per month throughout Essex and Suffolk.
Investors in People standard were achieved in 2003, which acknowledged the Company's commitment to the development of our employees.
Success has been consistent with the Company winning various awards in the business community including the Managing Directors personal achievement in 2005 winning the Businesswoman of the year.
Our achievements to date are based on our belief in providing person centred care by a well-trained and highly valued work force.
