This is a challenge at the sharp end of a very important in-house IT process.
In a nutshell, your brief will be to deal directly with technical implementation and change management teams and take responsibility for planning and managing critical software into the production and non-production environments.
We’ll look to you to provide technical expertise in the release area, ensure service level agreements for planned releases are met and communicate and manage integration conflicts. In addition, you will create and maintain schedule and progress reports, plan release and implementation activities to meet agreed milestones, and shape continuous improvement activities in the team.
You will need impressive experience in at least two of the following: Support, Design, Testing, Quality Management, Systems Analysis and Business Analysis. On top of this, we’ll look for exposure to change management, configuration management, planning and organisation and, ideally, Windows architecture.
