The ideal candidate will be a high calibre sales professional with a strong B2B and Telesales background. Providing you can demonstrate sales ability existing Recruitment experience is not necessary as we have a proven track record of developing Professional Consultants through our in depth induction process and ongoing commitment to training.
This is fundamentally a Proactive Sales role where prospecting to new and existing clients by telephone forms an important part of the day to day business “if you're work-shy or don’t like picking up the phone this job is not for you”
As well making sales calls you will also be responsible for account management and relationship building – Communicating confidently at all levels up to Chief Executive level.
As an Area Manager you will be given an exclusive territory within the UK to operate your business and be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of clients from a niche market, registering and telephone interviewing candidates, matching suitable candidates to jobs, arranging interviews and finalising job offers.
