Candidates should have experience in finance, pensions or customer service.
Duties will include;
- Providing customer service support through telephone, email and face to face to employees and the HR Department
- As the first point of contact for employees you will be verifying requests for information about Car Scheme, Medical Scheme and Employee Share Scheme
- Data Entry
- Tracking and monitoring processes
- Resolving queries
- Information gathering
- Liaison with other departments
Hours are Monday to Friday either 7.45am - 4pm or 9am - 5.15pm with 45 minutes for lunch. These two shifts are shared amongst the team and therefore requires the candidate to be flexible.
