Working alongside a team of 4 accounts assistants you will manage the team to ensure transactions are processed in accordance with best practice policies and procedures ensuring the department is running efficiently and being the primary point of contact with the management team. The ideal candidate should have previous finance experience preferably within a law firm. Happy to get involved with the transactional work when the need arises, your main priority however would be to lead the team. Experience of legal cashiering is a distinct advantage as is a good understanding of computerized systems and team management.
