Can you tick the boxes? IT Network Support Engineer required by one of Norfolk’s most successful businesses. Based in Norwich the successful candidate will be used to, and very commercially experienced in providing support to users and equipment over 3 sites, 2 based in Norwich with a 3rd in London. Routing server monitoring and maintenance, with the emphasis on pro-active fault prevention and resolution. Maintaining maximum availability of the company’s websites, and updating web site security certificates.
Network performance monitoring. Server configuration and installation. Maintaining and testing daily tape backups, ensuring quick recovery from failure. Driving license and own transport essential, and must be willing to occasionally travel to London as required.
