£12,650k - £17,250k
Our client is seeking individuals to take responsibility for processing administrative activities, whilst providing excellent service to customers. You will:
·Undertake processing activities.
·Liase with a range of parties (including customers, external parties, internal departments).
·Ensure customers are kept informed on the progress of their file/case.
·Carry out diary actions from the work-flow system.
