As a Senior Systems Analyst, your brief will be to play a leading role with the IT solution stack model that develops, delivers and supports effective business solutions. You’ll be a key analyst supporting solution construction and system integration.
Our Norwich Union Business Change and IT team stands out from the crowd because of the influence it has within the business. We’re here to interpret business needs and then create technologically astute solutions that stand the test of time. We’ll look to you to negotiate with team members and customers to agree required changes, before helping to produce quality design solutions, and providing technical/systems knowledge support to the business.
You’ll need a sound knowledge of the standards required for either the development part of a project life cycle or the live support systems. In addition, we’re looking for the ability to support and mentor others as part of a matrix managed environment. Not to mention a detailed understanding of the Technical Solution process and a willingness to work with global sourcing partners.
