We are recruiting a Customer Service / Sales Consultant for our client on the outskirts of Manchester.
You will be managing all aspects of Customer service (taking orders, dealing with queries, customer analysis etc) so in effect you will be provided Customer Service Admin support. You will also be talking to existing customers and discussing potential sales with them.
You must: be customer focused, have excellent customer service skills, be organised, have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft IT packages.
Candidates must be used to working to time constraints and targets and have a can do attitude to customers and work in general.
