Due to recent restructure and internal changes they are looking to recruit a Senior Strategic Account Manager. The general purpose of this position is to lead and motivate your team to identify areas for growth, and to create and deliver account development plans. This would give you the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s biggest brands.
Experience in managing multiple high profile and complex accounts is required along with the ability to lead and develop a team of experts to service and grow client accounts. You will have a strong commercial focus and naturally challenging mind.
This position demands a strong understanding of the company’s largest accounts and hoe to get the most from them. It required people management skills in order to nurture a team of individuals to naturally identify opportunities and develop a robust strategy to achieving these. A strong sales mind is also necessary to add value at pitch level and at client meetings to maximise relationships.
Salary is very dependant on experience and is circa £30,000PA
