One of our long-standing clients has a very exciting and entrepreneurial new project being launched very soon. It is already underway and will soon need someone to oversee the project which will involve both account management and relationship building.
Initially your responsibilities will be all encompassing as you would expect in the early stages of a brand new project. As a guideline you should expect to be responsible for the following…
Pre and post implementation, tracking service levels, check progress and client satisfaction by liaising with internal teams, clients and consumers
Proactively check how happy key clients are at agreed milestones
Monitor the quality of the services
Manage client review meetings, in order to monitor, understand and influence the clients perception of the project and service
Foresee consumer/client needs and harness the wider internal team to deliver added value to the client and consumer
On a day to day basis you will be involved in problem solving and dispute resolution, revenue management (including invoicing procedures), developing client relationships, communication strategy and internal communications.
Salary is dependant on experience and is circa £18-20,000PA
