Customer Excellence Operators are required for a restoration company based on Broadland Business Park. Your main role will be to manage claims identified as being outside agreed service times and levels and ensure the customer, insurance companies and engineers are updated on all claims as and where necessary. You will monitor and aid the progress of every job and identify any potential problems flagged by the scheduling system so good PC skills are essential. Candidates should have previous customer service experience, be able to use their own initiative and be able to work well under pressure. Vacancy hours are as follows; Vacancy One: Sunday 08.30 till 10pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11.30am till 10pm & Vacancy Two: Saturday 08.30 till 10pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 11.30am till 10pm
