Right now we are looking for a strong leader to join our Service Centre Team in Norwich.
As the Glazing Service Administration Manager, you will make sure our customers get the help they need; firstly in an emergency and then to get their property back to its previous condition, within the strict service standard guidelines agreed with our insurance clients.
With monthly targets on your list of things to do, both financial and non-financial, you will need a head for figures and good organisational skills as well as a strong knowledge and working background within the Glazing and Window Industry. Even more important will be the leadership and vision you bring to your team - and your commitment to providing great customer service.
