At Countrywide Accident Assistance our Repair Management Team (RMT) is the first point of contact for our clients.
Due to the ongoing expansion of the RMT, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 1 RMT Handler.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Taking the first notification of loss from customers concerning both drivable and non-drivable vehicles
• Undertaking the third party intervention process, which includes pro-actively contacting and managing third parties
• Liaising with suppliers to arrange recovery, repairs or hire
• Managing the repair process and updating customers as required
• Liaising with both internal and external engineers regarding repair authority
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers in relation to queries
Ideal applicants will possess:
• Previous experience of the claims notification process, including third party capture is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally and be comfortable with communicating at all levels, internally and externally
• Be competent in the use of MS Office applications
The successful applicant will work effectively within a team and achieve high standards in quality and quantity focusing on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
This role is being offered on a 37½ hours per week basis.
