A major world wide Claims organisation is looking for a Branch Manager for their expanding Ipswich office.
You will be an experienced Manager able to provide day to day supervision of the Branch, have a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic.
You will be able to juggle the supervision, training and mentoring of staff and participate in the delivery of projects.
You will be a customer focused individual with strong Claims experience and ideally an adjusting background.
You will need:
* Strong communication skills
* To remain calm under pressure
* To be customer focused
* To be able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently
