Sales Account Manager – RecruitGulf.com
We are looking for someone who can both manage a sales team and deliver personal sales targets
Management responsibilities:-
Manage sales team
Ensure delivery of team targets
Regular liaison with the Managing Director on all operational matters
Promotion of the RecruitGulf.com brand
Preparation and delivery of management reports
Recruitment and training of staff
Sales responsibilities:-
Demonstrate sales ability and hit targets
Promote and present our suite of products to HR professionals
Build new relationships and strengthen existing ones
Provide client support
Generate leads
Person Specification:-
At least 3 years sales business to business experience
Recruitment, Media, Advertising or Online experience a distinct advantage
Experience in managing a team is desirable but not essential
Account Management experience
Third level qualification in related subject desirable
Dynamic and motivated
Strong people management skills
Customer focused
Target / Deadline focused
Willingness to travel

The position carries a very competitive salary depending on experience with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
