This role is primarily aimed at helping young offenders access information, advice and guidance (IAG), training, and employment opportunities. You will be managing a caseload of offenders in addition to leading a team of 6 staff. You will be responsible for the delivery of IAG, assessments and IAG action planning in the offender learning journey.
Advice & Guidance NVQ Level 3 or 4 is essential for this role (unless proven work experience in a similar role)
Previous supervisory experience is also required as you will be holding team meetings, carrying out staff appraisals and tracking and recording information.
This role is based at the youth custody centre in Hollesley.
