- Full Description:
A Hygiene Controller is required for a food production company based in Norwich. Your main role will be to work with site teams & service providers to continuously improve site hygiene standards and to ensure a safe, hygienic, pest free manufacturing environment. You will train develop and manage dedicated hygiene operators, establish hygienic design requirements and recommend improvement actions and risk assess cleaning requirements for production equipment. You will liaise with Cleaning chemical supply and laundry contractors and pest controllers to ensure high quality delivery service against SLA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hygiene service delivery and service of contract management.
