An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a person with outstanding potential sales skills to join an East Anglian based company in their Wymondham, Norfolk branch as a Trainee Sales Executive. Our client is a Platinum Distributor for the world’s premier producer of digital printing and copying equipment with machines priced from £200 to £150,000. The manufacturer runs what is regarded as the best possible sales training courses available today and you will have the opportunity to benefit for this programme. Our client is a family run business that retains the family ethos. Many of the thirty staff have been with the company since it started sixteen years ago. Bonuses from the manufacturer, which take the form of overseas trips, are taken together with the whole company participating.
Now, what do you need to be able to take advantage of this opportunity. First you must understand that there will be hundreds of applicants. You have to stand out just like you will when you are working in this role. You will need to have a HUGE personality combined with a sharp wit and brain. Educationally you will need at least five good GCSEs including Maths and English at C or above. If not – stop reading now. You must have a driving licence. You will be expected to generate your own leads so will need a great telephone manner. You will have access to the excellent company database.
First interviews will be conducted at the company’s head office near Cambridge and the final interview will be in Wymondham.
There is an initial base salary of £12,000 with very achievable, on target, earnings of £28,000. This target is very achievable and commission is uncapped. Many sales staff are earning £40-50k pa. You will also receive a fully expensed company car (or mileage allowance if you prefer).
