Full Description:
Agency and Forwarding Clerk required for a Harwich based shipping company. Duties include: customer and office liaison at all levels, booking cargo for regular shippers, entering details on the system, provide supporting paperwork, providing advise on stocks and shipments, invoicing, and customs paperwork etc.

Ideal applicants will have shipping knowledge and experience, an excellent telephone manner, ability to work under pressure, and have a good sense of humour.
