This is a newly created position where you will be making outbound (warm) calls to existing clients to try and identify other areas where the company can help them. For example the company may be advising on personal tax and they may not have a will. Customers are private individuals rather than companies.
Duties will include:
Making outbound calls to existing customers to gather information
Identifying sales opportunities and discussing these with the customer
Making sales appointments
Undertaking campaigns on particular issues which will involve calling the whole database
Dealing with incoming calls from customers
Updating the CRM Database with information
