Full Description:
An Induction Trainer is required for a back to work agency based in Great Yarmouth. Your main role will be to identify and address your clients training requirements and barriers to employment as well as running a two week intensive course for their employment needs. You will also be required to identify and source vacancies creating employment and placement opportunities for clients. You will identify these needs through one to one interviews and ensuring that identified action points are fed into a training plan and the review process. The ideal candidate will be from a training or recruitment background
