An Employment Adviser is required for an organisation whose aim is to enable disabled & disadvantaged people to achieve their potential in work opportunities. Your main purpose will be to provide a high volume, employment focused service to both mandatory and voluntary clients accessing pathways into sustainable employment. You will undertake work focused interviews, manage, develop and support a caseload of clients and pro actively promote the service providing appropriate advice, guidance and information. The ideal candidate will have experience in training or recruitment will have good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as fantastic organisational skills. Two positions are available in 1 in Norwich & 1 in Kings Lynn.
