| Major Broker is looking to recruit another quality individual into their successful Sales team. You will be given significant support to be successful including professional Marketing back up with a strong budget, access to quality Clients and the opportunity to work as a team on potentially major and high profile acquisitions. To be successful in this Client facing role you will have confident communication skills and the personal credibility to work with Clients at senior levels. Ideally you will be already able to demonstrate your sales successes but most importantly you will have the drive and personality to succeed in developing new business. An insurance background would be advantageous to enable you to quickly build rapport with your prospective Clients although support will be given to you to develop this knowledge. There are opportunities at all levels because of the high profile of my Client, individuals with a track record of success in a similar role will have the opportunity to earn significantly in this environment. Other individuals who are entering this role for the first time will receive the training and support to enable them to progress successfully. |
