    Our Client based in Lowestoft urgently requires an experienced Administrator to cover maternity leave. Full Time Hours Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week.
    Duties will include: Taking media calls/enquiries in absence of Manager. Routinely reviewing media web crawlers and print media. Handling routine enquiries. Updating media bulletin board. Posting high-level information. Liaising with customers and project managers. Managing & maintaining dedicated inboxes. Submitting financial commitments to the iPOS. Arranging rooms for meetings. Plus many other duties. Candidates must have administration exp, must be PC Literate with experience of using management information system. Excellent communication skills, able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
