Full Description:
This candidate needs to be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline. You will hold a NEBOSH Diploma or membership of a relevant professional institution at full member level. You will have proven experience as a Planning Supervisor or CDM Coordinator within the construction industry, with good working knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental and Security management in the construction/engineering industry. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships to encourage continuous improvement. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you hold a full driving license, as some travel throughout the UK will be required.

Excellent training opportunities will be offered alongside firm support and one to one training to assist you in becoming a fully qualified CDM Coordinator.

Candidates who are experienced in Health and Safety within the construction industry, have their NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum and have a little experience working with the new CDM regs and are looking to take their career further by training as a full time CDM coordinator are welcomed.

You will essentially be a team player, IT literate, have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), able to produce quality written work, focused on career advancement with necessary ambition and enthusiasm.
