| A well known local Broker is currently looking to recruit additional Account Managers into its busy High Net Worth Clients team. You would be providing a full advisory service to VIP clients across all classes of Personal Lines business. However if you have knowledge of specific products you will be given the full training required to be able to advise on the other products. You will have a confident phone manner and be able to clearly communicate. Your first priority should always be to provide first class service for your customers (who will often be Directors and have other business with the Company) and to get to understand exactly what their Insurance requirements are in order to provide them with the best possible deal. You will be able to negotiate to arrive at competitive quotes and persuade your clients of the benefits of the options you propose. You will deal with both new and existing business and be able to identify opportunities to up sell to the advantage of your clients. Our client has a strong reputation for providing superior service and accordingly achieves a high retention rate and also many enquiries at renewal. |
