This role is for an individual to work as part of team of 4 handling a wide range of commercial claims.
Activity for this role includes normal duties of a commercial claims handler to include:
• Receiving and setting up new claims
• Advising clients on presenting their claim and explaining policy coverage
• Negotiating with insurers
• Keeping up to date records
• Prepare claims activity reports for key clients
• Meet with key clients to discuss outstanding claims
Skills & Experience
• Commercial claims handling experience/knowledge
• Knowledge of wide range of claim types including property, liability and motor
• Excellent personal organisation and administration
• Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
