| Full and Part time positions Opportunities exist to work in our busy kitchens preparing food for our guests in our themed restaurants. As Chef De Partie you will assist and support the Head Chef in the general running of the kitchen and training of new chefs. You will supervise production of food and your area of the kitchen in line with the Standards of Performance Manual. You will also take responsibility for the service schedule and maintain a high standard of hygiene in the kitchen. |
