Part Time Customer Service Advisors are required to work in an inbound call centre in a Customer Service Role, taking calls from customers regarding arranging appointments for other staff members to visit, quote and carry out work. This is around 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will also deal with general customer queries and complaints. You will have a minimum of 3 months Call Centre experience, and be from a Customer Service background.
This is a Temporary to Permanant position. An excellent opportunity!
