Full Description:

Due to continued growth within the Company, our Client is seeking a Project/Production Manager to control all manufacturing activities.
Duties will include but are not restricted to: Organising & mangaging overall manufacturing operations, ensuring all products are fabricated, assembled and shipped as required to meet customer schedules & quality requirements. Continually evalute and improve manufacturing processes. Track employee performance & provide employee appraosals accordingly. Assist in the implementation of Computer Logistics Systems. Evaluate the impact of new designs on production requirements. Ensure a positive work environment & awareness of the Company and its Manufacturing goals and objectives.
You must have: A proven track record of managing & delivering products within the Manufacturing industries. An ability to lead and motivate the Manufacturing team. Excellent leadership skills together with a proven desire to meet objectives.
It is essential that you have Electrical knowledge and an understanding of hazardous areas. Experience with Autocad and computer literate.
This position is temp to perm after 3 months.
Full Time hours.
Own transport required.
