Expanding group, involved in insurance and risk management and providing claims handling, vehicle inspection and consultancy services for vehicles damaged in transit.
With Global brand names as clients and an established position of industry leadership in terms of providing niche services and expertise to a highly specialised market.
Are seeking a confident and experienced individual to provide Consultancy advice to existing Clients.
You will agree your deliverables with each Client individually accordingly to their requirements and be responsible for planning and prioritising your own activity to ensure deadlines are achieved.
You will create effective working relationships with stakeholders, identifying those who can assist your delivery of objectives.
Internally you will act as referral point for the claims handlers, team leaders and Managers.
To be successful you will demonstrate:
Working collaboratively with Key Clients to deliver results.
Deep understanding of logistics processes.
Awareness of claims procedures.
Understanding of international transport conventions (e.g. Hague Visby, CMR)
Ability to motivate others and to set an example.
Ability to see the bigger picture, understand how issues connect and apply strategic thinking.
Good project management skills.
Excellent communication / influencing skills.
Confidence to fully participate in external stakeholder meetings.
