TEAM
The Operations and Account Management team is dedicated to supporting the company’s growing client base and providing the highest levels of customer service.
The team is responsible for client retention, satisfaction and growth. This means that you must be proactive, motivated, organised, responsible and able to work well in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
You will provide the ultimate in client service, acting as the client’s day to day point of contact.
ROLE
Enhance customer experience for new and existing customers by managing relationships and expectations
Analyse and optimize client accounts according to their objectives in order to provide the best return on investment
Implement creative ways to improve your relationship with clients and grow client revenue by “up-selling” and promoting additional services
Maintain, report and monitor revenue activities and take remedial action as appropriate
Become an expert on the online advertising market
Support the board and senior management team to achieve company business objectives
Support and add value to the company sales effort
YOU
Significant and relevant experience of media agency sales and/or account management
Passionate about developing customer partnerships
Strong working knowledge of the internet and passion for online advertising
Proactive, with strong organisational, time management, and multi tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
Qualified Google Adwords professional, knowledge of bid management software, web analytics tools, principles of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) Internet marketing
