Property Development Surveyor required to be based in Central Norwich but with a remit than can cover the UK. Reporting to the Development Director the successful candidate will assist in bringing forward large, often multi-million pound, development projects. You will work with the property and finance teams in advancing potential property acquisitions with development opportunities and work closely with the construction team to ensure a smooth handover of development projects. In addition you will be able to assist in co-ordinating project teams for principal development projects.
To fulfil the role you must have some development experience and understand the core principles of property development. This will need experience of the planning process and an understanding of Circle developer and the basis of development appraisals. Also needed is an understanding of the core principles of property valuation and knowledge of the construction of buildings.
To be considered for interview you will be a qualified member of the RICS or RTPI with at least 2 years of post professional qualification experience.
There is a starting salary with this role of around £40,000 per annum which is negotiable depending on relevant experience.
