Must have a formal catering qualification B Tech / Degree.
Must be a good trainer, have intermediate Food Hygiene and Intermediate Health and Safety. and experience as a department Manager in Catering / Restaurant. Duties will include maintaining budgeted cost of sales, through effective ordering, stock control and wastage control.
Ensure guest satisfaction is gained through service and maintained by offering the highest standard of guest care.
Ensure all staff are fully trained and comply with all legal company and SOP standards and any other policies as advised by senior food and beverarage management. Full job description on request.
