Must have previous experience as Chef De-Partie with supervisory and training responsibility for own section within a quality establishment. Formal cooking qualification or willingness to study intermediate food hygiene.
duties to prepare cook and present items for service menu, to deputise for the Senior Chef in their abscence.
Follow guidlines on stock control, portion control and food wastage. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, produce high quality dishes. Ensure equipment defects are reported promptly, assist with rotas for sickness and holiday cover, and all other related tasks.
