Our client spans an international range and the ability to converse in either Spanish, French, Italian or German would be highly desirable. They are looking for the delivery of impeccable customer service levels, maintaining a calm and friendly approach within a buzzy inbound team
The role will be split across a 50/50 telephone and administration role taking this opportunity away from the standard telephone bashing! Flexible working hours required within modern and contemporary office space in the city centre.
Previous telephone based experience beneficial; however, full training and support will be provided so candidates from the retail and hospitality industries will be warmly considered.
