| We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors. The roles involve dealing with inbound calls and making outbound calls. Successful applicants will provide new and existing customers with a high level of customer service. The position is based on the outskirts of Norwich and parking is provided. The hours are based on a shift pattern between 8am and 8pm. You will be required to work approximately one in four Saturdays. Applicants must have customer service experience and exceptional telephone skills. |
