Our client is looking to recruit a new Office Manager and PA to the 2 Directors within a small team about 20 minutes drive from Norwich (North). Duties will include;
General office management
Facilities management i.e. phones, computers, stationery etc
Postal duties
Diary management
Managing client files and updating information on the database
Arranging meetings and requirements
Typing and general administration duties
Taking minutes
Answering the telephone and general correspondence management
Meeting and greeting
Completing file checks for the Directors
Completing valuation details and files
Data inputting
The position is to start mid May and salary is being offered between £15,000 - £17,000 PA. Some financial experience would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be joining an established organisation with a young and friendly vibe. Ideal candidates will have worked within a PA role or as an office manager for a small firm previously. You will need to be highly organised, computer literate, have strong numerical skills and be an enthusiastic and methodical worker. Previous experience is essential for the role.
