Full Description:
This very successfully and Nationally recognised Broker is continuing it's expansion with a new role for Account Executive.

You will concentrate on High Net Worth clients, seeking and securing new business, servicing their accounts and designing insurance programmes to protect client assets and liabilities.

Reporting directly to Broking Director your main responsibilities will include:




1.Retain client business, through providing a quality, professional service, ensuring that all claims, queries and instructions are dealt with effectively and within required timescales.

2.Establish new accounts by obtaining relevant information from prospective clients; preparing presentations to insurance companies; and presenting reports to prospective clients within required timescales.

3.Maximise profit for the broker, whilst gaining the best deal for clients.

4.Handle policy renewals, ensuring renewal terms are put forward for the clients' consideration as early as possible before expiry dates, and providing alternative quotes where appropriate.

5.Ensure that client premiums are collected in time, to enable insurance company accounts to be settled within agreed terms of credit.


Successful applicants will demonstrate:
Sound knowledge of the general insurance market, its products and how it functions

Ability to establish effective, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and insurance market personnel

Working knowledge of Windows based back office client management system and Microsoft Outlook

Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
