| I have a great contract opportunity for someone experienced in leading a 3rd line support team. You will join a growing department in an ambitious company and take responsibility for driving service improvement changes and for mentoring and training staff. You will preferably have experience in Citrix, telephony, Windows systems, Exchange and SQL. It is key that you can work alongside other managers and maintain relationships at all levels.
