This well established company based near Woodbridge has over 35 years in the catering equipment business and are now seeking an articulate & forward thinking Customer Service/Sales Supervisor with the direct responsibility of managing a team of 8 team members (admin and call centre/customer services).
The key responsibilities would include:
* To manage the workload through the department ensuring that they maximise efficient use of engineer resource and minimise customer down time.
* Manage the company parts ordering process so that they make appropriate decisions with regard to stockholding in the main warehouse.
* Liaise with the service management team to ensure that each of the engineers vans carry the appropriate spares stock.
* Support and manage all call centre, and call handling staff
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will ideally have similar experience within a Call Centre or Customer Service environment at Team Leader or Supervisory level. This role however is not within a high pressure Call Centre but indeed would suit somebody with similar skills who wishes to work in a more relaxed environment.
