Position based in Otley. Team Leader duties include: managing workload through the department, managing order processing, liaise with the service management team as well as supporting and managing call centre staff. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of performance targets, good commercial and interpersonal skills, as well as competent geographical knowledge of the UK.
