The role In this combined sales and service role you will take calls from our customers, understand their needs and match these with our wide range of our travel insurance products. By using your sales instinct to identify opportunities, you’ll add value wherever possible. Key duties include: •Providing customers with quotes or information on their travel insurance policies •Matching customers needs and completing the sales with our products •Updating customer requests and details on our in house systems •Being part of a team and supporting other team members •In return we can offer you a competitive salary with an additional annual performance bonus (based on personal and company performance), flexible shifts covering our opening hours and a comprehensive induction training giving you all the knowledge and tools you need to do the role.
