This is trainee position. Must have previous experience as Chef De Partie or Commis Chef with responsibility for own section within a quality establishment. Formal cooking qualifications or willingness to study. To prepare cook and present service menu items, to deputise for the Chef De Partie in their absence, follow guideline on stock controll, portion control and wasteage, maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, produce high quality dishes, ensure equipment defects are reported and other related tasks.
