Must have a formal catering qualification Btec/Degree. Must be a good trainer, have intermediate Food Hygiene and health and safety and experience as a department manager in catering/restaurant. Duties will include maitaining budgeted cost of sales through effective ordering, stock control and wastage control. Ensure guest satisfaction is gained through service and maintained by offering the highest standard of guest care.
