| Must have experience as Chef De Partie with suervisory and training responsibility for own section within a quality establishment. Formal cooking qualifications or willingness to study intermediate food hygeine. To prepare cook and present items for service menu, to deputise for the senior Chef De Partie in their absence, follow guideline on stock control, portion control and food wastage, matain a high standard hygiene and claenliness, produce high quality dishes, ensure equipment defects are reported promptly, assist with the production of rotas for sickness, holiday cover and other related tasks. | |
