Must Have formal catering qualification B-TEC/Degree group trainer skills and intermediate food hygiene, catering/bar managemnet experience in a senior role. Duties will include assisting head of departments with coordination and planning activities. Improve budgeted cost of sales through effective ordering, stock and wastage control. Ensure all operating equipment and material costs are effciently controlled, ensure guest satisfaction is attained abd maintained by offering the highest of guest care. Ensure all staff are fully trained and comply with all legal standards attend briefings and company meetings.
