Assistant Restaurant Manager required for a prestigious hotel For the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager candidates require a background from within a fine dining (Rosetted) establishment - hotel or restaurant.  As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day management of the restaurant which also includes the service for functions and weddings. Training and management of your team are very important factors. Good wine knowledge is desirable The salary for Assistant Restaurant Manager is given as iro £18,000 - £20,000 per annum / plus a share of the service charge / bonus package/ live in is available.
