Development Manager
Vacancy Type: Permanent
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000
My client, a market leading, reputable Cambridge based institution is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead on the development and review of their curriculum frameworks, assessments and support materials from primary to pre-university level.
In this new post you will:
· Ensure co-ordination of individual developments and ensure fit with customer requirements and national regulatory frameworks.
· Communicate the qualification and curriculum development strategy both within the organisation and externally to their customers.
· Share their whole-curriculum vision, seeing teaching and assessment as inseparable components of a fully integrated educational framework
· Manage stakeholder relationships at a high level, in order to ensure maximum take-up and participation.
· Help to keep Cambridge at the forefront of internationally benchmarked assessments and qualifications.
Experience required:
· Practical and policy experience in education
· Managing assessments and/or curriculum projects to tight deadlines and budgets
· Variety of national contexts
Skills required:
· Strategic thinking
· Innovative ability
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Advanced ICT skills
· Project-management
· Attention to detail
